Mediation can be implemented in disputes in civil, labour, family and other legal relations as prescribed by law.
New mediator training and qualification will be organized in the second half of 2022.
Chamber of Mediators of the RA is a nonprofit membership organization. All mediators certified in the Republic of Armenia are members of the Organization.
The purpose of the Organization is to ensure transparency in the activities of its members, increase efficiency, control their activities, protect the collective interests, and ensure the observance of the Code of Conduct for Mediators by its members.
